  • Work It is a 50-minute calorie-torching group class. Regardless of your fitness level, here you’ll be pushed to your limits with a unique, functional, full-body workout. Come ready to sweat, burn, and have fun!

  • Push It is a 45-minute low-impact group class that will push your endurance and test your mobility. This class is 50% conditioning and 50% stretching and mobilization.

  • Lift It is a weightlifting class that will test your brute strength and build your capacity. If you want to learn proper weightlifting techniques and improve your overall strength and stabilization, this class is for you. Here you’ll find traditional barbell work and accessory work.

  • Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced Yogi, our instructors are ready for you. Our moody mat yoga will challenge your strength and flexibility while helping you clear your mind and de-stress.

  • Stretch It is a 30-minute express class whose sole focus is to recover, mobilize, and relax.

  • Equip your teen with the fundamentals of safe and effective strength and conditioning in our Teens Program!
