THIS IS IT.
The name It Gym was inspired by Clara Bow — the original “It Girl.”
In the heart of the roaring 20s, Clara Bow rose from a life of hardship to Hollywood stardom. No privilege. No connections. Clara blazed her own trail with pure talent, defiance, and grIT. Born into an era that expected her to be quiet and small, Clara chose to embrace nonconformity. She was fearless in her expression, rebellious in a world that demanded uniformity, and boldly authentic.
Clara’s legacy reminds us that true power comes from within—and that greatness doesn’t come from staying in the lines.
May we at It Gym all have a little Clara Bow in us: relentless in our pursuIT of strength.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT.
At It Gym, we specialize in small-group strength and conditioning training built around intentional programming. Each class follows a structured progression designed to build real, measurable strength over time — not just deliver a good sweat. Our methodology focuses on fundamental movement patterns (squat, deadlift, press, hinge, carry) layered with conditioning work that enhances performance and endurance without sacrificing form.
The It Method teaches you to train, not just “work out.” There’s no random circuit here, no flashy chaos. Every session at It Gym has a purpose. Our members lift with intention, track their progress, and move with confidence.
At It Gym, we’re not just chasing a sweat. We’re building strong, capable humans who know that this — this feeling, this strength, this growth — is It.
Meet the Founder
I’m Gina Kaiser, the owner and head coach of It Gym. I’ve been training and coaching in the fitness industry for over a decade, with a focus on helping people build real strength, confidence, and consistency that lasts.
My coaching style blends functional strength training, mobility, and conditioning in a way that’s challenging, supportive, and always intentional. As both a studio owner and an active coach, I’m deeply involved in the day-to-day experience—programming thoughtful workouts, coaching classes, and making sure every member feels supported in and out of the gym.
What matters most to me is creating a space where people feel welcome, coached with care, and motivated to show up for themselves. Whether you’re stepping under a barbell for the first time or chasing new personal bests, I believe progress happens when you show up consistently, try hard, and train in a community that has your back.
