The It Method was created to bridge the gap between raw strength and athletic conditioning — blending barbell power with metabolic grit for total-body transformation.

Each week, we train variations of the four foundational lifts — deadlift, squat, overhead press, and bench press — through intentional programming designed to develop balanced strength and prevent plateaus. These core movements are supported by accessory work, conditioning, and mobility to keep you moving and progressing safely.
