    Get ready for It Gym’s heart and soul: group fitness. In a format that’s intense, challenging, and encouraging, these 50-minute sessions are packed with functional, full-body movements. You deserve attention and support from your Trainer, so classes are limited to 15 people to ensure you’re getting all the guidance you need.

    Classes are a combination of cardio and strength training. Rowers, bikes, skiers, plyo boxes, dumbbells, slam balls, and kettlebells are used in these sessions. Regardless of your fitness level, you’re guaranteed to burn hard, build strength, and increase your endurance.

  • PUSH IT

    PUSH IT

    Push It is a 45-minute, low impact class that will push your endurance and test your mobility. Expect 20 minutes of conditioning (cycling, rowing, skiing and bodyweight movements), followed by 20 minutes of stretching and mobilization.

  • LIFT IT

    LIFT IT

    Build confidence, refine your technique, and set new personal records. It Gym’s Lift It program is designed to push your limits. Here you’ll find traditional barbell work, with a program built to test and strengthen your deadlift, squat, bench press, and overhead press.

    Lift It sessions are an hour long and are limited to a group of 9 to ensure you’re getting one-on-one attention from your trainer. During our hour together, we are committed to providing a safe environment to teach you to move better so you can move stronger for years to come.

  • YOGA

    If you’re looking to add some Yoga to your life, It Gym is your spot. Whether you’r new to yoga or an experienced Yoga, our instructors are ready for you and will tailor the movements to your needs. Ge ready for a flow style yoga class blending dynamic poses, static stretching and mobility to enhance flexibility, strength and stamina. This class can serve as an active recovery day or as a standalone practice. Leave class feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the day or your next workout.
