Welcome to It Gym's first teens-only class!

This 6-week course is an introduction to the fundamentals of strength training. Whether your teen is just beginning their fitness journey or they are looking to improve movement for their sport, this class will accommodate all levels. Our experienced trainers will guide them through proper form and technique for weightlifting—including squats, deadlifts, bench press, and overhead press. They will learn how to confidently navigate a weight room, load a barbell appropriately, and safely complete a strength-focused workout.

Class is limited in size and will meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30pm-5:30pm from June 3-July10. The cost is $250 for all 6 weeks. Must be between the ages of 13-18 to join.
