Each team will be assigned three ergs: a rower, a bike, and a ski erg. Your team’s goal is to complete a combined total distance of 42,000 meters across the three machines.
Teams may be any size you choose, but you will only have three ergs available, so strategy, pacing, and athlete rotations will be up to your team.
Each team registration includes three Ergathon shirts. If your team has more than three athletes, additional shirts can be purchased for $30 each.
